Whether you're a beginner or just need a refresher, our expert trainers will guide you through the basics of various exercises and proper form. In this session you will:

  • Learn proper form on the 6 Fundamental movement skills for strength training.

  • Get a basic movement assessment to reduce your risk of injury and know which exercises are currently appropriate for your fitness & mobility level.

  • Learn how to set-up a workout for your level of fitness.

  • Learn how to choose your workout intensity to get a great workout without leaving yourself puking or excessively sore for a week afterwards!

  • Learn the basics of nutrition before and after your workout to feel your best and maximize results
