  • Every single member is programmed.

  • Every member’s progress is overseen, tracked, and genuinely cared about.

  • Every member is tested for mobility, stability, muscular imbalances, ROM limitations, firing patterns AND THEN individually  programmed according to their body's needs AND their personal wants.

  • Every member’s programming consists of video demonstration for every single exercise. These videos include top tips and education about how to execute movements properly (and optimally) to go along with the in person instruction. As mentioned before, programming is informed by your wants AND your body's needs. It's not just about losing fat and gaining muscle. It's also about addressing issues before they become bigger issues - and preventing them altogether because you can’t achieve those other goals if you are hurt or injured.

  • Protocols for weak wrists, back pain, knee pain, tight calves, shin splints, poor posture and neck and trap tightness are just some examples of how we can optimize your fitness regime AS you work on your bigger picture goals.
