Much of what is out there for fitness advice to the general population is anecdote and outdated "bro science", however at DC Fitness we take pride in our analytical and logical approach that refuses to accept anything without testing.
This doesn't mean that every technique we use has a double blind placebo-controlled study behind it, however it does mean that everything we do is personally tested with each client to see if it will be effective for them. This makes sure that we have the best possible techniques and programs in place for every single client we work with!
