If you don’t move properly, nothing else works. Think of us like the pit crew for your muscles and joints. So many people walk around like a car out of alignment and are slowed down by back, knee or hip pain that gets in the way of achieving their goals and living their life. We’ll personally assess your movement patterns, correct them and make sure you do things RIGHT so that you can workout (and more importantly live your life) for years pain and injury free!

2. Receive your custom program

Most gyms put you into generic one size fits all cookie cutter programs. They assume you’re just like everyone else and treat you like a number. At DC Fitness we don’t do that. Everything we give you is custom to you. Now of course we’ll still use the best program template to start your program, because there are best practices, however as you progress and we discover together what does and doesn’t work for you and your body, we then customize and modify everything to suit YOU.

3. Stay Consistent & get results

With Step 1 you have been given an assessment and education to ensure safe movement and maximize the stimulus that you are gaining from the workout. With step 2 we have designed a program that is PERSONALIZED to you and YOUR goals. Now for step 3 all that’s left is for you to do the work and get the results! We’ll encourage, coach and keep you accountable along your journey to achieving the best results of your life. Consistency compounds!
